Lyra
Also known as aerial hoop or cerceau, Lyra is a versatile apparatus that allows artists to move below, within and above the hoop.

Silks
Climbs, wraps, inversions, locks and drops on the tissu. Elegant, and seriously demanding.

Trapeze
A traditional and iconic ciircus apparatus with many skills performed below, on and above the bar.

Straps
Suspend yourself in the air as you perform feats of strength and flexibility on this physically demanding apparatus.

Corde Lisse
French for ‘Smooth Rope’, this apparatus allows artists to explore a static vertical plane with many different climbs, wraps, holds and drops.

Acrobatics
Build strength, balance and flexibility while learning skills like rolls, cartwheels, handsprings and walkovers.

Handstand
Improve alignment, strengthen your core, condition your wrists and increase overall body awareness with individualised training and drills.

Our calisthenics class will challenge you to move, lift and stretch your body in a safe, progressive and technically sound manner.

The perfect supplement to aerial or acrobatic training, this class will take you through a targeted workout, designed to strengthen and stretch your shoulders, back, hips, legs and feet.

Contortion
Increase your flexibility whilst developing serious strength through range, with a view towards achieving contortion skills and sequences.

Development Series
An 8-week program designed to build strength, mobility and aerial foundations. You’ll explore different aerial techniques, identify areas to work on and develop the skills and confidence to progress into regular classes.

Advanced Series
An 8-week series for experienced movers, exploring strength, mobility and body control through calisthenics, hand balancing, flexibility, conditioning and more.
Kids classes, ages 6–17
